Refund and Returns Policy

At TemirBarber, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality products and excellent customer service. Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a clear and fair refund and returns policy to make the process as smooth as possible.

Returns

  • You can return most new and unused items within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
  • To qualify for a return, items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Customized or personalized products are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • To start a return, please contact our Customer Support team at info@temirbarber.life with your order number and reason for return.
  • After receiving your request, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how and where to send your return.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days to your original method of payment.
  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
  • Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item sent).
  • If the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately to arrange a replacement or full refund.

International Shipping and Returns

  • We proudly offer shipping to anywhere in the world, allowing customers globally to enjoy our products.
  • International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by their country upon delivery. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be borne by the recipient.
  • Returns from international shipments are accepted under the same 30-day return policy, but please be aware that:
    • The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items sent by us.
    • International return shipping can take longer and may require additional customs documentation.
    • We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method for all returns to avoid loss or damage in transit.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact our Customer Support at info@temirbarber.life to initiate your return. Please provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
  2. Our support team will respond promptly with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
  3. Pack the item carefully in its original packaging along with any accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase.
  4. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  5. Ship the package using a reliable, trackable shipping service to the provided return address. Keep your tracking number until the return is processed.

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

Important Notes

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our policy.
  • Refunds will not be issued for items returned without prior authorization or sent to the wrong address.
  • Damaged or defective products must be reported within 7 days of receipt for eligibility of return or replacement.
